Zelensky never lived here, but now you can! Stunning $75million Florida private island that far-right activists claimed Ukrainian President owned hits the market

A stunning $75 million Florida private island that far-right activists claimed Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky owned has hit the market – though he never lived there.

The private island that features 26 acres in the Florida Keys, called Pumpkin Key, is so extravagant it comes with a mainland home and resort-like amenities.

The luxe property was originally priced at $95 million last winter, but has since been reduced to $75 million and is now back on the market, Mansion Global reported.

The exclusive island boasts a main house with a pool, three apartments, a dock master’s house, a 20-slip marina big enough for a mega-yacht, two tennis courts that convert into a helipad, and membership to the posh resort Ocean Reef Club.

The secluded property is only a 10 minute flight to Miami.

However, Zelensky and his wife Olena have never owned the over-the-top property, and have been victims of falsehoods and bogus claims that both are living the high life of opulence and leisure, all off the taxpayers’ backs.

The rumors that Olena Zelensky purchased her own private island was highlighted in a post by BBC Verify journalist Olga Robinson, who called them ‘bogus,’ Newsweek reported.

Robinson went so far as to take a screen grab from a Russian TikTok video of a mystery island, with the caption: ‘Lenka Zelenska bragging about her new purchase. Some people are living the life as others suffer.’

She also took a screen grab, taken from what looked like a property website, listing a 26-acre private island, ‘Pumpkin Key,’ similar to the screen grab pulled from TikTok.

Robinson wrote: ‘This is the 3rd false claim about her I’ve seen in the past few months.’

In another claim, right-wing activist Lauren Witzke alleged that Zelensky purchased a Mediterranean-style mega-mansion on Vero Beach for a staggering $20 million.

The 12,751-square-foot oceanfront estate built in 1995 features six bedrooms, seven full and three half-baths, two gourmet kitchen, an executive office, media room, fitness center, wine cellar, elevator, and six-car garage.

The home sits on 1.5 acres with 200 foot of ocean frontage. Outdoor living areas feature a resort-style ‘lagoon’ pool and spa, fire pit lounge, and private boardwalk to the beach.

In the post, the former Republican Senate candidate posted photos of the luxury home and a document with the Ukrainian President’s photo.

The caption reads, ‘BREAKING: Zelensky reportedly buys $20 Million Dollar Mansion in Vero Beach, Florida.’

‘Zelensky came to DC this week to tell Americans that we needed to allow our own infrastructure to crumble, our roads and bridges to disintegrate, and to drain our pensions in order to give every available dollar to support the war in Ukraine to defeat Putin.’

‘Secretary Lloyd Austin said that if America does not send the funding Ukraine needs, that he would instead send our sons and family members to fight and die for Ukraine.

‘So far, America has given over $80 BILLION dollars to Ukraine, with over 70% of that funding being completely unaccounted for- it’s gone, nobody knows where it is.

‘Zelensky has sent Ukrainians to the slaughter and drained the U.S. Treasury dry with no intention of even staying in Ukraine and standing with his people- instead, he plans to flee and retire to beautiful beaches of Florida, where he has reportedly purchased a luxurious $20 million dollar mansion.

‘While Americans are dealing with record inflation and extreme poverty, our leaders are buying mansions for elite leaches who facilitate their money laundering operations and crimes against the American people.

‘These are some photos we were sent of Zelensky’s recent purchase. CUT OFF UKRAINE!’

News reports disproved the claims – and pointed out that the waterfront property that was cited in Florida’s Vero Beach, is actually located about three hours north of that location in Ponte Vedra Beach.

Witzke went to X, formerly Twitter, to share the ‘breaking news’ that was in her Facebook post that was shared more than 10,000 times in a day.

According to USA Today, Zelensky does not appear in any public records searches of property owners in that county.

The Facebook post also features an American certificate of naturalization reportedly  issued to Zelensky, but the news outlet cited there are no credible reports that the Ukrainian President has gone through the process of becoming a naturalized citizen.

The beachfront property is now selling for $11 million. The listing agent is Platinum Luxury Auctions is planning to auction off the lux property on Friday.
